Tell us where and what

The site address, the system that needs attention and how urgent it is are enough to start. For rollouts, a site list and target dates let us build the schedule.

Truck rollout questions

Coverage, response times, pricing and reporting, answered.

What is a truck rollout?

A truck rollout is an on-site technician visit to install, repair or maintain technology at your location. DIST rolls trucks nationwide for audio, video, cameras, access control, conference rooms and network equipment, for one site or a whole chain.

How fast can you get a technician on site?

Rollouts can be dispatched as fast as one day. Response times for emergencies and routine work are set by priority in your service agreement, and our help desk begins remote troubleshooting the moment the ticket opens.

Where do you provide truck rollout service?

Across the United States. We handle single sites, regional footprints and nationwide chains, with the same scoping, reporting and standards at every location.

Can you service equipment DIST did not install?

Yes. We service audio, video, camera, access control, conference room and network systems installed by other integrators, and bring them onto one support agreement if you want.

Do you handle multi-site rollouts and new store openings?

Yes. We build a site template, stage equipment and parts, schedule crews around your opening dates and deliver the same closeout report for every location.

How does pricing work?

Per-visit pricing for break-fix, or a monthly agreement that covers scheduled maintenance and priority dispatch. Multi-site rollouts are quoted per site from a standard scope.

What happens before the technician arrives?

Our help desk triages remotely, confirms scope with your site contact, reviews site documentation and stages parts so the visit is completed in one trip.

What do we get after the visit?

A closeout report the same day with work performed, parts used, photos and any recommendations, plus updated site documentation.

Need a technician on site, or a rollout planned?

Tell us the sites, the systems and the dates. The DIST dispatch desk will confirm scope, stage parts and come back with a schedule and a number.
