Industries We Support

IT built for how each business runs and what it cannot afford to lose.

How Onboarding Works

Ten users or a thousand, the sequence is the same, and your team keeps working while we take over.

DIST team in a planning briefing at the office
  1. Assessment

We inventory your users, devices, network, licenses and vendors, and note the risks and recurring problems your team lives with today.

  2. Roadmap & agreement

A plan that fixes the urgent items first, then a flat monthly agreement that covers support, monitoring, security and the projects on the horizon.

  3. Onboarding

Monitoring agents, backups, MFA and documentation rolled out, passwords and vendor accounts collected, and your team introduced to the help desk.

  4. Stabilize

The first weeks go to clearing the backlog, patching, cleaning up racks and networks and closing the gaps the assessment found.

  5. Run & monitor

Proactive monitoring, patching, backup checks and help desk support every day, with on-site visits as needed.

  6. Review & plan

Regular reviews of tickets, risks, hardware age and licenses, so budgets and upgrades are planned, not surprises.

Help Desk & On-Site Support

DIST monitors every enrolled device and network remotely, keeps a help desk answering 24/7 and sends engineers on site when hardware or cabling needs hands.

  • 24/7 help desk by phone, email and chat
  • Proactive monitoring, patching and backup checks
  • On-site engineers for hardware and network work
  • Vendor and ISP coordination on your behalf
  • Asset, license and warranty tracking

Managed IT questions

Cost, response times, security and switching providers, answered.

What is included in managed IT services?

A flat monthly agreement that covers help desk support for your users, monitoring and patching of devices and servers, backups, security tools, network management and vendor coordination. Projects such as office moves or new systems are scoped separately so the monthly number stays predictable.

How much do managed IT services cost?

Pricing is usually per user or per device per month, and depends on how many people and locations you have, the security and compliance level you need and whether servers are involved. After an assessment we send a fixed monthly proposal with everything itemized.

How fast do you respond?

The help desk answers 24/7. Response times are set by priority in your agreement, with outages handled immediately. Most issues are resolved remotely, and an engineer is dispatched when hands are needed.

Do you support offices in multiple states?

Yes. We support clients nationwide with remote monitoring and help desk, and dispatch field engineers for on-site work, including multi-site rollouts.

Can you work with our existing IT person or team?

Yes. Many clients keep an internal IT lead and use DIST for help desk coverage, after-hours support, projects or specialist work such as networking and security.

Do you handle phones and internet too?

Yes. We install and manage cloud VoIP and Teams calling, and we coordinate with your internet providers, including fiber and Starlink, so you have one vendor for everything.

What about cybersecurity and compliance?

Every client gets a security baseline: MFA, patching, endpoint protection, email filtering and tested backups. For HIPAA, PCI or SOC requirements we configure policies and provide the documentation your auditors ask for.

Can you also handle our AV, cameras and access control?

Yes. DIST designs, installs and supports conference rooms, video walls, audio, CCTV and access control alongside IT, so one team covers the whole building.

How do we switch from our current provider?

We run a structured onboarding: collect credentials and documentation, deploy our tools in parallel, then cut over on an agreed date. Your team keeps working throughout.

Ready to hand off your IT?

Tell us about your people, locations and what is not working today. A DIST engineer will assess your environment, then come back with a roadmap, a timeline and a flat monthly number.
